INTRODUCTION

Murray & Murray Weddings and Events is a husband and wife owned business with services that include:

  • Wedding Coordination
  • Meeting Coordination/Party Planning
  • Consulting

We have over seven years of experience in the hospitality field gaining knowledge of Sales & Marketing, Banquet/Convention Setups and Food & Beverage.  Having over 20 years experience in the administrative field gives us an edge in coordinating your event with excellence.

 

MISSION STATEMENT 

Murray & Murray Weddings and Events is a coordination/planning service that focuses on the clients' needs and desires in making their wedding or event memorable.

 

Wedding/Event Packages and pricing information  

Wedding service fees are based upon package selected.  (See packages below).   Meeting/Party Event fees are 15% of entire cost of event.  A 5% deposit  is due upon signing of contract.  Balance due two weeks before. (Deposits are non-refundable.)

A la Carte services:

  • Securing Vendor Only - $75/hour (research all vendors for pricing and availability including:  photographer/videographer, food & beverage, wedding facility, reception facility, DJ/band, florists, cake designer, etc.)
  • Wedding Day Coordination only - $1,500 flat rate (See Turquoise Package)
 Sapphire Package – Complete Wedding Planning – (15% of cost of wedding, 5% deposit due at signing of contract)
  • Planning of wedding from beginning to end offering unlimited hours of wedding planning and consulting
  • Aide in selection of all vendors and signing of vendor contracts (wedding and reception venues, photographer/videographer, DJ/band, florist, cake designer, decorator; etc.)
  • Bridal Party Wear (attend bridal party gown/suit selections and final fittings)
  • All Parties/Dinners (bridal shower, bachelor party, rehearsal dinner, engagement dinner, etc.)
  • Budget Planning (research vendors and pricing to keep within set budget; deposit and final payments to vendors)
  • Bridal Registry
  • Decorations/Color Coordination
  • Entire Day of Event
 Royal Package – Targets Specific Needs – (15% of cost of wedding, 5% deposit due at signing of contract, ala carte services as requested at $75/hour)
  • Coordinate all vendors and signing of vendor contracts (wedding and reception venues, photographer/videographer, DJ/band, florist, cake designer, decorator; etc.)
  • Budget Planning (research vendors and pricing to keep within set budget; deposit and final payments to vendors)
  • Rehearsal Dinner
  • Entire Day of Event
 Turquoise Package – It’s Planned, Just Relax and Enjoy – (Flat rate of $1,500; coordination three - two weeks prior to wedding)
  • Confirm vendors for wedding day/event
  • Wedding Rehearsal
  • Entire Day of Event
